For sure you should do more. I'll be buying. I run two Adult Baby sites, one for all images - and one just for guys in diapers (too many women in diapers sites for me to compete with.)

The guidelines are simple: Keep it fun and innocent. Adult Babies do not want to see a heavy sex/porn theme in images. They want to see everyday (girl-next-door-type) models in real diapers (No pull-ups, no makeshift-diapers) playing with toys, drinking from bottles, being changed by other girls or men. Diaper wetting is the most-requested and least available topic.
